The Centaur MC would like to thank you for your patience as we have made some important changes to our room reservation process for MAL 2023. Beginning this year, to reserve a guest room at the host hotel, The Hyatt Regency, attendees will be required to purchase at least one full weekend package (a $250.00 value) through Wannago (formerly Box Office Tickets).
Reservations will open on July 11, 2022, at 9:00pm EST online at Wannago
The full weekend MAL package includes:
- Leather Cocktails on Saturday night
- Three-day access to the Exhibit area (Friday-Sunday)
- Sunday Buffet Brunch at the Hyatt Regency
- Mr. MAL Contest
- Sunday Dance
- Priority access to the Hyatt Regency lobby
To purchase your full weekend package for Mid-Atlantic Leather Weekend 2023, follow the instructions below
- Visit leatherweekend.com/registration. Click the Wannago Icon on the page
- Once on the Wannago site, follow the steps to log in
- Select the “Weekend Registration” option
- Select number of packages
- Review and provide payment
- After paying you will be prompted to begin the Pre-Check In process.
- First, you’ll be asked to supply a name for each registration, including your own.
- When you assign a ticket to yourself, you’ll be prompted through the questions regarding guest room reservation request and attendance at a couple of specific events.
- Each guest will be asked to answer their own questions. Once you assign a ticket to a guest, they will receive an email with the link to Pre-Check in and answer those same questions.
Once a full weekend package is purchased ($250.00) thru the Wannago site, The Hyatt Regency Washington reservations team will reach out to you to book the guest room between 5 and 7 days. <b>Please note the guest room is a three-night minimum stay (must include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night) with a one-night non-refundable deposit.</b> Rooms will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Room type is not guaranteed and is based on availability.

- Guest room rate does not include applicable local taxes (which are currently 14.9%) or applicable service, or hotel-specific fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the meeting.

Cancellation of your weekend package will result in the cancelation of your Hyatt Hotel reservation
